App crashes when targeting API 31 #477

  1. Put 31 version into android\app\build.gradle
  2. compileSdkVersion 31
  3. targetSdkVersion 31

Looks like PendingIntent should use FLAG_MUTABLE or FLAG_IMMUTABLE in android_alarm_manager_plus
