…name the knowledge base as an address v2 scoped 'public by nature' to the public repositories' source (review on dicechess-evaluation-playground#37). v3 removed the knowledge-base repository name (review on dicechess-bot-java#34). v4 restores it deliberately: agents must know where values and verdicts go, and the name of a private repository discloses nothing; the private list now reads 'names of private artifacts, hosts and internal paths'.
