배경

현재 main에는 Knowledge Catalog, 최종 Intent 데이터, 모델 서비스가 함께 있으나 README와 manifest가 실제 상태를 정확히 설명하지 못합니다.

  • README 구조도에 hr-intent-service/가 누락됨
  • hr_intent_dataset_final.jsonl이 존재하지만 데이터 manifest와 문서는 검수 전 파일을 기준으로 유지됨
  • split manifest의 출력 경로가 실제 파일 경로와 다름
  • 모델 가중치의 GitHub/Hugging Face 관리 기준이 일관되지 않음

이번 작업 범위

  • 저장소 README를 실제 디렉터리와 책임 범위에 맞게 간결하게 정리
  • data/README.md에 원본·최종·분할·평가 데이터의 사용 기준 명시
  • Intent dataset/split manifest를 최종 데이터와 실제 ID 파일 기준으로 정정
  • Knowledge manifest의 Intent 데이터 진입점을 최종 검수본으로 변경
  • Hugging Face를 모델 배포·가중치의 기준 위치로 명시
  • 공통 검증 명령 make check 제공
  • 링크·Schema·해시·분할·테스트 검증

제외 범위

  • 데이터 레코드 재라벨링
  • 모델 재학습 또는 성능 재평가
  • 대용량 모델 가중치 삭제·Git 이력 정리
  • Knowledge/AI 저장소 간 코드 이동

대용량 가중치의 최종 보관 정책과 AI 저장소 이관은 별도 후속 이슈에서 결정합니다.

                              배경
                              현재 main에는 Knowledge Catalog, 최종 Intent 데이터, 모델 서비스가 함께 있으나 README와 manifest가 실제 상태를 정확히 설명하지 못합니다.
                              • README 구조도에 hr-intent-service/가 누락됨
                              • hr_intent_dataset_final.jsonl이 존재하지만 데이터 manifest와 문서는 검수 전 파일을 기준으로 유지됨
                              • split manifest의 출력 경로가 실제 파일 경로와 다름
                              • 모델 가중치의 GitHub/Hugging Face 관리 기준이 일관되지 않음
                              이번 작업 범위
                              •  저장소 README를 실제 디렉터리와 책임 범위에 맞게 간결하게 정리
                              •  data/README.md에 원본·최종·분할·평가 데이터의 사용 기준 명시
                              •  Intent dataset/split manifest를 최종 데이터와 실제 ID 파일 기준으로 정정
                              •  Knowledge manifest의 Intent 데이터 진입점을 최종 검수본으로 변경
                              •  Hugging Face를 모델 배포·가중치의 기준 위치로 명시
                              •  공통 검증 명령 make check 제공
                              •  링크·Schema·해시·분할·테스트 검증
                              제외 범위
                              • 데이터 레코드 재라벨링
                              • 모델 재학습 또는 성능 재평가
                              • 대용량 모델 가중치 삭제·Git 이력 정리
                              • Knowledge/AI 저장소 간 코드 이동
                              대용량 가중치의 최종 보관 정책과 AI 저장소 이관은 별도 후속 이슈에서 결정합니다.
