Summary

  • reserve MCP for the canonical uCore udos-mcp gateway
  • rename the tested uCode internal command bridge and snack manifest contract to RCP
  • remove the broken unused Agent API and false LENS/SKIN integration
  • replace permanently skipped protocol tests with direct RCP behavior coverage

Verification

  • focused RCP and manifest tests: 29 passed
  • full Python matrix: 198 passed, 33 skipped, 2 existing warnings
