FindUsesOfSymbol returns None for properties with explicit getters and setters

In FCS 0.0.50, the location reported for the getter and setter symbols for F# property definitions has been moved to the "identifier" for the definition rather than "get" and "set" identifiers. See 1bad1ba#diff-b7b17a5c883fd3df717ffad57586ecf6R3222

The reported symbols are still imperfect - it seems a "Property" symbol should be reported at that location instead of a "isGetterMethod" and/or "IsSetterMethod" method. But this change should help locate the method symbols for the definition at the right point for rename refactoring.
