Summary

  • resolve shared Claude hook assets from AGENT_HARNESS_ROOT when provided
  • fall back to HOME for existing user-level installations
  • cover all four Codex adapters with relocated-root Bats tests

Testing

  • targeted Bats suites for the four changed adapters
  • shfmt
  • shellcheck
  • pre-commit hooks
