As official support for Python 3.7 is ending in a month, I'm dropping Python 3.7 support for the next major release (another PR upcoming to update the release CI).

Bug fixes will be cherry-picked back to edgedb-python 1.3.x (update: 1.4.x) which still has Python 3.7 support.

As official support for Python 3.7 is ending in a month, I'm dropping Python 3.7 support for the next major release (another PR upcoming to update the release CI).
Bug fixes will be cherry-picked back to edgedb-python 1.3.x (update: 1.4.x) which still has Python 3.7 support.
