The squid egress proxy died at boot on rootful docker (access_log /dev/stdout is FATAL for its dropped user), so no caged turn on a plain docker host ever reached the API. This release fixes the generated squid.conf, probes the proxy right after start, and appends the agent's last output to exit-code errors.
