TanStack Start Tunnel not being ignored by the SDK

Dynamic (and I assume static) tunnel endpoints generated by our Vite plugin are not ignored by the SDK. All of these are tunneled requests that should've been ignored:

Once we know the final tunnel route (either generated or static), we should ensure both the client and server SDKs ignore it.
