`@sentry/vue`: Support Pinia 4

Problem Statement

Currently, Sentry pins pinia in its peerDependencies to "pinia": "2.x || 3.x"`, which prevents using pinia 4 in a project.

It would be great if Sentry supported pinia 4.

Confirmed: @sentry/vue pins pinia to "2.x || 3.x" in peerDependencies, so Pinia 4 installs are blocked.

Quick read of packages/vue/src/pinia.ts suggests createSentryPiniaPlugin only uses core APIs (store.$onAction, pinia.state, store.$id) that look unchanged in Pinia 4, so this is probably a straightforward range bump once the test matrix accounts for Pinia 4’s Vue ^3.5.11 requirement.

A product owner can prioritize this from here.
