Steps to Reproduce

1.Opened a sentry account
2. followed setup
3. installed packages using this command "npm install --save @sentry/react @sentry/tracing"
4. imported following modules " import * as Sentry from "@sentry/react"; import { BrowserTracing } from "@sentry/tracing"; "
5. Then compiled.

Expected Result

Successful compilation.

Actual Result

Failed to compile

@rdas6313 what tool are you using to compile your code, what version is that compiler on, and what version of node are you running it with?

It's mad about the .... (That's what's in that location in the built file.)

I had the same problem when I tried to run the parser here. The fix for me was making sure the parser was set to use the latest version of JS. I would guess that you're not interacting with the parser directly the way I was there, but the answer will be the same: make sure your bundler (which, from the error message I'm going to guess is webpack) has the correct plugins to handle modern JS syntax. You'll want to use Babel (or something like it) if you aren't already, and if you are, you probably need to adjust the settings.

(That said, as Luca pointed out, it's also possible you're in an old enough version of node and/or webpack that the ... is throwing it off, in which case updating should solve the problem.)

@rdas6313 what tool are you using to compile your code, what version is that compiler on, and what version of node are you running it with?

I am using node version 16.15.1 and using react version 16.4.1.By the way i am new to node and react so don't know much about it.Since @sentry/react no working in my project that's why currently i am using raven-js 3.27.2 .

It's not a version problem, then. Sounds like you probably need to use something like Babel to down-compile the code. Here's a tutorial for using Babel with Webpack (https://www.robinwieruch.de/webpack-babel-setup-tutorial/) and you can find lots of others online, too.
