Replay: Allow masking of specific input elements (e.g: by selectors or ids)

Problem Statement

Some customers contain only a handful of input elements that require masking. For that reason they'd like to configure maskAllInputs to false and configure the SDK with the specific inputs that require masking.

This ticket is specifically for <input> and <textarea> elements.

Setting maskAllText: false indeed allows for specific selectors such as the default sentry-mask to mask text elements
But if you set maskAllInputs:false then the selector is not applied to input elements.

The Firstname element here has the class sentry-mask but is not masked in the Replay

It'd be great if the config also allows for a maskInputSelector, in our case because there are specific inputs that are not PII and can help us quickly replicate why they might have gotten an error
