Missing `stripUrlQueryAndFragment` in `@sentry/node` (v7.46.0)

Problem Statement

I want to remove @sentry/tracing completely from v7.46.0, but I still need stripUrlQueryAndFragment since my Koajs server need it for tracing instruments.

Solution Brainstorm

Hey @hckhanh,

please import stripUrlQueryAndFragment from '@sentry/utils' which is already a dependency of @sentry/node. You might need to npm install @sentry/utils but considering that it's already part of the Node SDK this is more of a formality than actually adding an additional package :)

By the way, we updated the Koa documentation to reflect this change. We should nevertheless also mention it in our migration docs. Will open a PR for that in a moment.
