Removes code deprecated in
#14458
Removes `getNumberOfUrlSegments` as a public export from `@sentry/core`.
This method is still used, so we extract it into a helper in
`@sentry/react` (and port the tests accordingly).

Removes code deprecated in
#14458
Removes `getNumberOfUrlSegments` as a public export from `@sentry/core`.
This method is still used, so we extract it into a helper in
`@sentry/react` (and port the tests accordingly).
