[Gitflow] Merge master into develop
#15333) Refactors two flaky Node integration tests that made requests to example.com. Now we just spin up our own test server instead.

#15332) Mostly we already add a route for this anyhow, but it can be confusing. So let's just use a proper non-existing URL there to ensure we notice issues earlier.

Adds an integration for tracking Statsig js-client flag evaluations, specifically the `checkGate` method which is used for boolean release flags.
