This PR adds a fetch integration for light mode for outgoing trace propagation.

It also extracts shared fetch request functionality from node-core to reduce duplication.

This PR is the counter part to the http integration: #19258

feat(node-core): Add outgoing fetch trace propagation to light mode
fb7a684
Add nativeNodeFetchIntegration for light mode that propagates
sentry-trace, traceparent, and baggage headers on outgoing
fetch/undici requests using node:diagnostics_channel.
Also extracts shared fetch request utils (header injection, breadcrumbs,
URL construction) into outgoingFetchRequest.ts to reduce duplication
between light mode and full (OpenTelemetry) mode.

feat(node-core): Add outgoing fetch trace propagation to light mode
fb7a684
Add nativeNodeFetchIntegration for light mode that propagates
sentry-trace, traceparent, and baggage headers on outgoing
fetch/undici requests using node:diagnostics_channel.
Also extracts shared fetch request utils (header injection, breadcrumbs,
URL construction) into outgoingFetchRequest.ts to reduce duplication
between light mode and full (OpenTelemetry) mode.

This PR adds a fetch integration for light mode for outgoing trace propagation.
It also extracts shared fetch request functionality from node-core to reduce duplication.
This PR is the counter part to the http integration: #19258

feat(node-core): Add outgoing fetch trace propagation to light mode
fb7a684
Add nativeNodeFetchIntegration for light mode that propagates
sentry-trace, traceparent, and baggage headers on outgoing
fetch/undici requests using node:diagnostics_channel.
Also extracts shared fetch request utils (header injection, breadcrumbs,
URL construction) into outgoingFetchRequest.ts to reduce duplication
between light mode and full (OpenTelemetry) mode.

This PR adds a fetch integration for light mode for outgoing trace propagation.
It also extracts shared fetch request functionality from node-core to reduce duplication.
This PR is the counter part to the http integration: #19258

feat(node-core): Add outgoing fetch trace propagation to light mode

Add nativeNodeFetchIntegration for light mode that propagates
sentry-trace, traceparent, and baggage headers on outgoing
fetch/undici requests using node:diagnostics_channel.
Also extracts shared fetch request utils (header injection, breadcrumbs,
URL construction) into outgoingFetchRequest.ts to reduce duplication
between light mode and full (OpenTelemetry) mode.
