feat(core): Add enableTruncation option to Google GenAI integration

This PR adds an enableTruncation option to the Google GenAI integration that
allows users to disable input message truncation. It defaults to true
to preserve existing behavior.

Also refactors the truncation to use the shared
getTruncatedJsonString/getJsonString
utilities instead of calling truncateGenAiMessages directly.
