Two clarifications to the agent guidelines in AGENTS.md (surfaced as CLAUDE.md):

  • Comments explain why, not what. Adds a Coding Standards rule that comments should never restate what the code does or describe the change being made — only the non-obvious reasoning warrants a comment.
  • Omit the "Summary" heading in PR bodies. PR descriptions should lead with the summary text directly rather than under a ## Summary header. The existing Root cause guidance is kept.

Two clarifications to the agent guidelines in AGENTS.md (surfaced as CLAUDE.md):
  • Comments explain why, not what. Adds a Coding Standards rule that comments should never restate what the code does or describe the change being made — only the non-obvious reasoning warrants a comment.
  • Omit the "Summary" heading in PR bodies. PR descriptions should lead with the summary text directly rather than under a ## Summary header. The existing Root cause guidance is kept.
