Lint is failing on develop because this attribute is deprecated.

e29170d
#21604 enabled typescript/no-deprecated and added disable comments across the codebase but missed this vendored hapi usage, breaking lint on develop.

Lint is failing on develop because this attribute is deprecated.

fix(node): Disable no-deprecated lint for vendored hapi ATTR_HTTP_METHOD
e29170d
#21604 enabled typescript/no-deprecated and added disable comments across the codebase but missed this vendored hapi usage, breaking lint on develop.
