Rename option `with_locals` to `include_local_variables`

Problem Statement

To have concise naming over all SDKs we will rename this variable.

Solution Brainstorm

• First create an alias for ``with_localsthat is calledinclude_local_variables`. Both versions should work.
• Deprecate the with_locals option and print a warning if someone is using it. (make sure to document that the deprecated version has to be removed in a later major version.)
• OUT OF SCOPE for this issue: in a couple of months time remove the with_locals options in a major update to the SDK.
