Contributor's list mistake on Readme

I recently made a mistake (typed a wrong username as seen here in adding myself as a contributor and the wrong PR was merged.

What part(s) of the file would you like to see updated?

Taking away the contributor Ruth(as shown on the screenshot below) on the README file as it was a mistake

👋 @Ruth-ikegah Thank you for opening an issue! I've been trying to figure out the best way to make this change for a few days (sorry for the delay 💛 ). Unfortunately, our small team hasn't been able to keep up with the rate of contributions in all contributors and we're going to remove it tomorrow. There are some more details available in #576 (review). Hopefully, we can figure out how to automate it a bit and get it back up and running eventually.
