Workflow health reported recurring failures in the Daily Documentation Updater when generated patches touched protected files under .github/aw/. This change updates that workflow to use protected-files fallback behavior so those runs produce review issues instead of failing push/PR safe outputs.

  • Workflow policy update

    • Updated safe-outputs.create-pull-request in daily-doc-updater.md to use protected-files: fallback-to-issue.

  • Compiled workflow sync

    • Regenerated daily-doc-updater.lock.yml so runtime safe-output handler config matches frontmatter and includes protected_files_policy: "fallback-to-issue".
