Detection misconfiguration has grown from 3 workflows (2026-07-09) to 7 (2026-07-10) per detection-analysis discussion #44734. Yesterday's issue #44571 (add gh-aw-detection: true to 3 workflows) remains open/unactioned, so gaps are accumulating. Notably, Smoke CI now has detection explicitly disabled (gh-aw-detection: false) on a high-frequency workflow that ran 8 times at 0% success this window.

Misconfigured workflows (#44734):

• Smoke CI — explicit gh-aw-detection: false on active workflow → remove it (or set true).
• Duplicate Code Detector, Static Analysis Report, GitHub MCP Structural Analysis, Daily Agentic Workflow AIC Usage Audit, Copilot Agent Prompt Clustering, Typist — audit/analysis/report workflows missinggh-aw-detection: true.

Expected Impact

Detection-enabled runs succeeded at 89.7% vs 77.4% this window. Closing all 7 gaps improves scan coverage and fleet reliability, and supersedes the partial #44571.
