Updated community contributions list with latest resolved issues: - 8 contributors with increased issue counts - 1 new contributor (@nihal467) added - Maintained alphabetical ordering and issue counts Processed 5 Tier 3 candidates (all NOT_PLANNED, no PR linkage found).
