mcp not support integer type

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. install mcpcurl and genai-toolbox

$ go install github.com/googleapis/genai-toolbox@latest
$ go install github.com/github/github-mcp-server/cmd/mcpcurl@latest

2. genai-toolbox config
