Agent Documentation Update

Findings

AreaIssueFile(s)
accuracysrc/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs exists and is fully wired up (registered in mod.rs, used in execute.rs, types.rs, mcp.rs, common.rs, and documented in docs/safe-outputs.md/docs/front-matter.md), but it was missing from the src/safe_outputs/ module listing in AGENTS.md's architecture treeAGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the src/safe_outputs/ listing in AGENTS.md, in its correct alphabetical position between assign_github_issue_to_user.rs and close_github_issue.rs

Notes

Verified by cross-referencing ls src/safe_outputs/ against the module listing in AGENTS.md. assign_work_item.rs is a real, actively-used safe-output module (assign-work-item tool, documented in docs/safe-outputs.md and docs/front-matter.md) that was simply omitted from the architecture tree, causing the tree to under-represent the actual module set. No other drift was found across CLI commands (src/main.rs vs docs/cli.md), or the broader safe-outputs module set.
