Agent Documentation Update

Findings

AreaIssueFile(s)
accuracysrc/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs implements the assign-work-item safe-output tool (used by docs/safe-outputs.md) but was missing from the src/safe_outputs/ architecture tree in AGENTS.md, causing agents reading the tree to miss this moduleAGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the src/safe_outputs/ file listing in AGENTS.md, in its correct alphabetical position between assign_github_issue_to_user.rs and close_github_issue.rs

Notes

Verified by diffing the actual file list of src/safe_outputs/*.rs against the tree entries under the safe_outputs/ section of AGENTS.md. assign_work_item.rs was confirmed present in the source tree and already correctly documented (as assign-work-item) in docs/safe-outputs.md, so only the architecture-tree index in AGENTS.md needed updating. No other file-listing drift was found in that section after the fix (verified with a full diff of the two lists).
