When HEAD is detached, start both log walkers from a local branch tip that descends from HEAD so newer commits on that branch remain visible.

Adds regression coverage for both the git2 and gix walkers.

Fixes#1964

Tests:

  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • cargo test -p asyncgit --locked
  • cargo clippy -p asyncgit --lib --locked -- -D warnings
