I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I develop computational methods and open-source software for genome-scale metabolic modeling, metabolism and expression (ME) models, microbiome, and multi-omics integration. I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I develop computational methods and open-source software for genome-scale metabolic modeling, metabolism and expression (ME) models, microbiome, and multi-omics integration. I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I develop computational methods and open-source software for genome-scale metabolic modeling, metabolism and expression (ME) models, microbiome, and multi-omics integration. I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I develop computational methods and open-source software for genome-scale metabolic modeling, metabolism and expression (ME) models, microbiome, and multi-omics integration. I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist working in systems biology. I develop computational methods and open-source software for genome-scale metabolic modeling, metabolism and expression (ME) models, microbiome, and multi-omics integration.
