Missing package com.google.fpl.liquidfun

There are classes that reference java classes that are inside the package com.google.fpl.liquidfun
like here https://github.com/google/LiquidFunPaint/blob/develop/src/com/google/fpl/liquidfunpaint/Controller.java#L19

but com.google.fpl.liquidfun could not be found in this project

That package is generated from the LiquidFun library using SWIG. See https://google.github.io/LiquidFunPaint/md__building.html for the build instructions which are very out of date and probably unlikely to work without some massaging within Android Studio.

Thanks for the pointer, and Sorry for the late follow up; I was studying for exams.
I have followed the instruction on the link you provided and I was able to get the class package generated using swig. (Luckily for me, I use Eclipse)

After the package generation, I was getting a compile error that does not descend to any sub folder of the LiquidFunPaint project, and eclipse does not say anything about the cause of the error.

Do you have any clue or suggestion why the error is there?

I have tried rebuilding the project and restarting my computer but the error is still there.
