Packet capture file cut short

Describe the bug
Wireshark warns that the packet capture has been cut short when viewing a packet capture of a test module.

To Reproduce

1. Run Testrun
2. Open packet capture of test module in Wireshark

Expected behavior
Warning should not appear

It has been found that this is only affecting packet capture of network modules and test modules and is likely due to the packet capture process being terminated rather than stopped.

Reducing the priority of this bug. It does not have an impact on the actual contents of the packet capture and is just a warning message. Moving to 1.2 release.
