Keyboard shortcuts needed for all sliders

The sliders for speed, difficulty, volume, metronome, and mixer are tiny and fiddly. It's difficult to drag them only minute amounts from where they are, and pretty much impossible to a particular number. For example:I know I want to practice a solo at 60% speed. There's no way to set 60% exactly, and I end up dragging to 50, 55, 65, 50, etc. until I finally land it on 60.

I suggest that chording a key with the up and down arrows adjust the sliders by 5% up or down. For example, nothing for speed, V for volume, D for difficulty, etc. If that't not friendly-enough to i18n, then using SHIFT and CTRL could work as well.

Not addressed yet — the keyboard work in #150 covered library navigation (/, arrows, Enter, c, f, e, ?) but didn't touch the player sliders. Filing a status pointer so this stays on the radar.

The chord pattern you proposed (V + ↑/↓ for volume, D + ↑/↓ for difficulty, etc.) feels like the right direction for sighted keyboard users — it scales beyond what single-letter activation can carry, and ±5% is a sensible default step (with Shift for ±1% or Shift for coarser ±10% if we want fine control too, mirroring how [ / ] already work for A/V offset).

Two fits worth flagging:

• Speed / difficulty / volume are core sliders. They'd land naturally as a follow-up to Palm mutes not displayed correctly #150 — same global-keydown listener, bail out on _isInsideInteractiveControl, etc. Could ship as a small focused PR.
• Metronome / mixer / other plugin sliders want the plugin-action registry tracked in Plugin-registered actions + user-assignable keyboard shortcuts in Settings #43 so plugins declare an action like metronome.bpm.up with a default chord, and the user can rebind. Otherwise core has to hardcode plugin slider IDs.

Recommend: ship core sliders standalone (a couple of weeks of iteration apart from the registry work) and let plugin sliders inherit the pattern when #43 lands.

Leaving open. Will pick up the core-sliders chunk after #153 (Esc-from-player → launching screen) merges, unless you want to take it.
