Add a "Quantize…" action on the arrangement context menu that snaps note time (and optionally time + sustain) to the nearest grid (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, triplet variants). Operates on the current arrangement after the fact — recording stays raw. One EditHistory entry so it's undoable.
