Poetry install error #12

Description

@hute37

Problem appears after upgrading from Python 3.9 to 3.10 (probably related to setuptools upgrade)
I'm trying to fix it in my fork.
If resolved, I'll propose a pull-request

With poetry, installing package for forked repository:

[tool.poetry.dependencies.rootpath] git = "https://github.com/hute37/python-rootpath" branch = "stable"

raises this error:

$ poetry install
