GPU Mode Linear Algebra Competition Series Kernels

This repo houses my kernels and agentic engineering setup (for the cholesky challenge). I did not use nearly as much agentic engineering effort in the first two competitions as I did for the cholesky factorization competition as I did not have the budget or commitment. Usually when there were about 3-4 days left in the competition I would rapidly drain my codex usage. Retrospectively it may have been better to just leave my fully handwritten submissions at their scores and promote the fact that I achieved that score naturally, but idc becuase agents did take me further than expected but required A LOT of steering and manual intervention. The effort it took in the first 2 competitions (due to my lack of any effort in creating an auto-research style/agentic engineering setup) was just insane.
