Hi! Idk if it's too late, but because this had problems, I redesigned the idea -- it's now spaceOut, and I made a new pull request! tysm for hackpad, I learned so much :)

Heya this looks nice but ya need to connect the +5V pin of the MCU to the global 5V symbol. GND should also be connected to global GND 2.

are you sure we can request nonstandard (non-1u) keycaps? if yes, you might want to add a 2u stabiliser to the BOM so that your spacebar isn´t wonky. otherwise, the wiring LGTM (accepted PR #634 )
