halillusion/README.md

Hey, I'm Halil.

I'm a full-stack and systems crafter. I build web applications and backend architectures from scratch, keeping things clean, fast, and maintainable. I enjoy handling entire systems end-to-end—from the database schema up to the deployment pipeline.

Tech I work with

  • Backend & Systems: Go, Node.js (Hono / h3), PHP, Redis, RabbitMQ
  • Frontend: Nuxt, Vue, Svelte, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Drizzle ORM
  • Low-Level / Graphics: Rust, wgpu

How I write code

  • Autonomous & Async: I thrive in async-first environments. I believe thorough documentation and clean code should do the talking, minimizing the need for constant sync meetings.
  • Pragmatic Architecture: I lean towards Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to keep large codebases decoupled. I treat the database with respect—meaning strict indexing, clean schemas, and predictable patterns.
  • Product-Minded: I build with an MVP mindset. I don't over-engineer early on, but I ensure the foundation won't fall apart when it's time to scale.

Current focus

Right now, I'm moving most of my backend workflows into lightweight, edge-ready services using Hono and Go, while spending my deep-tech hours diving into custom graphics pipelines with Rust (just hobby for now).

halillusion/README.md
