No buttons anymore; can't mark messages; no menu entries

Hi

this is a great add-on but it stopped working for me. I don't get any buttons or menu entries. If I drag out the buttons onto the menubar, I can list the mails expecting replies but I can't mark them. All the other functionality is gone.

TB: 38.5.0 on fedora
