PWM setup for blue status LED on XU4 fails with "tried to request PWM channel 1 without output" in dmesg under 4.2rc1 and therefore no heart beat is shown.
Add further PWM outputs to dts to fix this.

This dts extension fixes the blue status LED on my XU4 however I'm no DT expert and would appreciate a review.

Yes it worked for me.

XU4 has no green led, therefore remove the related DT node.

Added one more DT change to disable the DT node for the non-existent green led on XU4.

XU4 has no red led (apart from the power led), therefore remove
the related DT node.

The XU4 has just one blue and no RGB led like XU3 and XU3-lite, therefore it also doesn't have the red gpio led. Removing the DT nodes in the XU4 profile seems to be easier than removing them from the XU3 common profile and adding them identically to the XU3 and XU3-lite profile.

Both supplied potential fixes but one potentially misses checks and
another had redundant initialisations. This version initialises
per_cpu_nodestats on a per-pgdat basis instead of on a per-zone basis.

[ INFO: possible irq lock inversion dependency detected ]
4.10.0-rc2-00024-g4aecec9-dirty hardkernel#118 Tainted: G W
---------------------------------------------------------
swapper/1/0 just changed the state of lock:
(&(&sighand->siglock)->rlock){-.....}, at: [<ffffffffbd0a1bc6>] __lock_task_sighand+0xb6/0x2c0
but this lock took another, HARDIRQ-unsafe lock in the past:
(ucounts_lock){+.+...}
and interrupts could create inverse lock ordering between them.
other info that might help us debug this:
Chain exists of: &(&sighand->siglock)->rlock --> &(&tty->ctrl_lock)->rlock --> ucounts_lock
Possible interrupt unsafe locking scenario:

---- ----
lock(ucounts_lock);
local_irq_disable();
lock(&(&sighand->siglock)->rlock);
lock(&(&tty->ctrl_lock)->rlock);
<Interrupt>
lock(&(&sighand->siglock)->rlock);
*** DEADLOCK ***
This patch removes a dependency between rlock and ucount_lock.

the size of the source a possibility.
Fix to only copy src size to dest. As dest might be bigger than src.

[ Upstream commit 3de59bb ]
In handle_write_finished(), if r1_bio->bios[m] != NULL, it thinks
the corresponding conf->mirrors[m].rdev is also not NULL. But, it
is not always true.
Even if some io hold replacement rdev(i.e. rdev->nr_pending.count > 0),
raid1_remove_disk() can also set the rdev as NULL. That means,
bios[m] != NULL, but mirrors[m].rdev is NULL, resulting in NULL
pointer dereference in handle_write_finished and sync_request_write.
This patch can fix BUGs as follows:
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000140

In handle_write_finished(), if r1_bio->bios[m] != NULL, it thinks
the corresponding conf->mirrors[m].rdev is also not NULL. But, it
is not always true.
Even if some io hold replacement rdev(i.e. rdev->nr_pending.count > 0),
raid1_remove_disk() can also set the rdev as NULL. That means,
bios[m] != NULL, but mirrors[m].rdev is NULL, resulting in NULL
pointer dereference in handle_write_finished and sync_request_write.

The change protects almost the whole body of u_audio_iso_complete()
function by PCM stream lock, this is mainly sufficient to avoid a race
between USB request completion and stream termination, the change
prevents a possibility of invalid memory access in interrupt context
by memcpy():

Also added a check for potential !runtime condition, commonly it is
done by PCM_RUNTIME_CHECK(substream) in the beginning, however this
does not completely prevent from oopses in u_audio_iso_complete(),
because the proper protection scheme must be implemented in PCM
library functions.
An example of *not fixed* oops due to substream->runtime->*
dereference by snd_pcm_running(substream) from
snd_pcm_period_elapsed(), where substream->runtime is gone while
waiting the substream lock:

This looks fairly harmless (no actual deadlock occurs), and is
fixed in a similar way to c6894de ("bridge: fix lockdep
addr_list_lock false positive splat") by putting the addr_list_lock
in its own lockdep class.

[ Upstream commit 1520b4b ]
The userspace program could pass any values to the driver through
ioctl() interface. if the driver doesn't check the value of 'pixclock',
it may cause divide error because the value of 'lineclock' and
'frameclock' will be zero.
Fix this by checking whether 'pixclock' is zero in kyrofb_check_var().
The following log reveals it:
