What to build

Harness-reframe prototype: move the experiment-iteration control-flow out of the orchestrator prompt into an opencode score + extension, dispatching a single experimenter leaf (flat/depth-1), with the re-rollout verification gate baked in (extended to tier-2). Proof that the orchestrator dissolves cleanly. (Spec spec-20260708-112732 §3.2, §4.3, §8.4.)

Acceptance criteria

• one experiment iteration runs end-to-end driven by score+extension, not an LLM orchestrator
• experimenter dispatched flat; re-rollout gate runs (incl. tier-2), promotion gated on agree
• no control-flow logic left in an agent prompt for this path

The `B*` depth-1 redesign (`spec-20260708-112732`) gated by B0 #107 was never ratified; the harness axis has moved to opencode open + plan-first, telaio by subscription (#398) with:
