Problem

"Rebuild Locally" only copied dist/*.js files into the installed extension path. All other content (skills/, scores/, templates/, exemplars/, opencode-plugin/, julia/, tools/, AGENTS.md, DISTILLER.md, CONTRACT.md) resolved via __dirname or ctx.extensionPath against the installed extension — so local changes were invisible until a fresh vsix install.

Fix

The rebuild now syncs all content directories and top-level markdown files from the dev repo into the installed extension path, alongside the existing dist copy. This makes the dev loop for skills, scores, templates, the plugin, julia pins, and the system prompt immediate.

Test

  1. Add a dummy skill to packages/extension/skills/test-dummy/SKILL.md
  2. Hit Rebuild Locally
  3. Confirm /test-dummy appears after reload
  4. Delete the dummy

fix: rebuild copies skills/ to installed extension
37a2a8b
The dev-tools 'Rebuild Locally' copies dist/*.js files into the installed
extension path but did not copy skills/. Since DEFAULT_LIBRARY_ROOTS resolves
via __dirname (which points at the installed extension's dist/), new or
modified skills in the dev repo were invisible until a fresh vsix install.
Now the rebuild syncs the full skills/ directory alongside dist/, so local
skill changes (like migrate-to-armonia) are immediately available after a
rebuild + reload.

Problem
"Rebuild Locally" only copied dist/*.js files into the installed extension path. All other content (skills/, scores/, templates/, exemplars/, opencode-plugin/, julia/, tools/, AGENTS.md, DISTILLER.md, CONTRACT.md) resolved via __dirname or ctx.extensionPath against the installed extension — so local changes were invisible until a fresh vsix install.

The dev-tools 'Rebuild Locally' copies dist/*.js files into the installed
extension path but did not copy skills/. Since DEFAULT_LIBRARY_ROOTS resolves
via __dirname (which points at the installed extension's dist/), new or
modified skills in the dev repo were invisible until a fresh vsix install.
Now the rebuild syncs the full skills/ directory alongside dist/, so local
skill changes (like migrate-to-armonia) are immediately available after a
rebuild + reload.

fix: rebuild copies skills/ to installed extension

The dev-tools 'Rebuild Locally' copies dist/*.js files into the installed
extension path but did not copy skills/. Since DEFAULT_LIBRARY_ROOTS resolves
via __dirname (which points at the installed extension's dist/), new or
modified skills in the dev repo were invisible until a fresh vsix install.
Now the rebuild syncs the full skills/ directory alongside dist/, so local
skill changes (like migrate-to-armonia) are immediately available after a
rebuild + reload.
