Part of opencode#215 — Workspace-Aware Amicode: Multi-Directory Sessions + Workspace Sidebar

This PR is the amicode extension half (AC6) — stacks on #458 (catalog removal, AC7). Target is fix/457-remove-catalog so diff is workspace-only; merge order: #458 → this.

AC6 — Workspace sidebar (mirrors VS Code Explorer):

  • Renders all workspaceFolders as collapsible roots, expands recursively via vscode.workspace.fs.readDirectory()
  • Theme icons via resourceUri (file/folder icons from active icon theme)
  • Git decorations delegated to VS Code (theme handles modified/untracked)
  • Opens files on click (vscode.open)
  • Context menus: Copy Path, Reveal in Finder — plus inline Open on files
  • Respects files.exclude (prefix filter) and hides .git
  • Live-updates via FileSystemWatcher("**/*")

package.json:

  • Rename amicode.armonia → amicode.workspace "Workspace"
  • Keep amicode.runInspector
  • activationEvents → onView:amicode.workspace
  • menus.view/title → amicode.workspace
  • view/item/context for workspace files

Pairs with opencode PR #219 (engine: Location.Ref.directories, boundary, env, instruction multi-root, DB). Full 215 closes when both land.

all roots, no external-directory prompts, instructions stacked per dir.

  • Renders all workspaceFolders as collapsible roots, expands recursively via vscode.workspace.fs.readDirectory()
  • Theme icons via resourceUri (file/folder icons from active icon theme)
  • Git decorations delegated to VS Code (theme handles modified/untracked)
  • Opens files on click (vscode.open)
  • Context menus: Copy Path, Reveal in Finder — plus inline Open on files
  • Respects files.exclude (prefix filter) and hides .git

package.json:
