Closes#735. Bounded strings-only sweep of the six cross-references identified in the split recon. The fleet-digest suite green post-sweep (director-run); CI is the authority for the extension suite.

The split renamed harmoniqs/amico → harmoniqs/amicissimo (ADR 0002 there).
Six stale cross-references swept — CONTEXT.md's notturno entry, AGENTS.md's
design-authority pointer, code comments in the fleet digest + vaults service
+ app-bundle overlay, and the naming-records test. Strings only; the digest
suite stays green (director-run).

fix: revert the sweep's edit to the extraction-managed overlay file (#…

The overlay mirrors fork content at the pinned tag — the gate correctly reads
in-place edits as hand-edits. The repo-name reference in that file is FORK
content: it changes in the fork and lands here at the next extraction, never
by editing amicode's copy. The other five sweep targets are amicode's own
surfaces and stand.

Closes#735. Bounded strings-only sweep of the six cross-references identified in the split recon. The fleet-digest suite green post-sweep (director-run); CI is the authority for the extension suite.

The split renamed harmoniqs/amico → harmoniqs/amicissimo (ADR 0002 there).
Six stale cross-references swept — CONTEXT.md's notturno entry, AGENTS.md's
design-authority pointer, code comments in the fleet digest + vaults service
+ app-bundle overlay, and the naming-records test. Strings only; the digest
suite stays green (director-run).

The overlay mirrors fork content at the pinned tag — the gate correctly reads
in-place edits as hand-edits. The repo-name reference in that file is FORK
content: it changes in the fork and lands here at the next extraction, never
by editing amicode's copy. The other five sweep targets are amicode's own
surfaces and stand.
