ops: ship amico-slack CLI in the repo + plant via install.sh - #754

The Slack CLI existed only as a per-machine planted file; the hub migration to erlich lost it while the token survived (#753). Vendor the verified script under packages/amico-run/launcher/ and have ops/install.sh plant it to ~/.local/bin/amico-slack so a hub rebuild gets Slack working by deploy.

Fixes#753.
Vendors the
amico-slackCLI (standalone python3, stdlib only, byte-identical to the live-verified copy — md52da6f32825a5f4b7066c0d20255a7b06) underpackages/amico-run/launcher/, and extendsops/install.shto plant it to~/.local/bin/amico-slack. A hub rebuild or migration now restores Slack functionality by re-running the deploy; the token stays per-machine at~/.amico/slack/per the secrets posture.Verified: the planted copy passes
amico-slack status/whois/ channel reads on the new hub.
