Every amicode session now runs one pinned modelAMICODE_MODEL = anthropic/claude-sonnet-5 — injected via OPENCODE_CONFIG_CONTENT, never read from the user's global opencode config.

Why: machines with an empty global config were silently falling back to opencode's free anonymous model (big-pickle) — the source of the "free-model phrasing variance" (#75's words) behind interview protocol breaks like invented Other options — and two people debugging the same flow could be on different models without knowing.

Verified on the real vendored binary (1.17.3): the pin beats a conflicting user global model; non-conflicting user keys (e.g. permission.doom_loop) still survive the deep-merge. Note: this makes provider auth (opencode auth login) a requirement — no auth fails loudly instead of degrading silently.
