This update enables an instructor to delete and restore folders.

On the dashboard, one can click the edit icon to view the following form.

Click delete to move to trash.

Clicking the restore icon results in a deleted folder being restored from the trash.

Additionally, the trash system has been slightly modified to make deletion and restoral more intuitive.
To demonstrate, I have re-deleted the templates folder, and we can access this folder as expected despite it being in the trash.

As you can see, this is still a local trash system; I have attached an image of the directory Math Textbooks, which has its own trash.

No worries: the PR is for the up-to-date version and can be used (I believe I commented earlier that this may not have fixed a minor clicking bug since I forgot to save and commit locally).
