nurses are often assigned to a specific patient when working a shift (i.e. 4 nurses take care of 16 patients -> 1 takes care of 4) -> during breaks or the like, one nurse covers the patients of another nurse - > everyone needs to know who is taking care of a patient (both doctors and nurses) -> hence need to be able to assign doctor/nurse/any other profession to a patient

It needs to be broken if we want that multiple professions work with tasks - a team is to broad a concept to get information who is actively working on a patient. Knowing who is assigned to a specific patient at a specific point would certainly be time-efficient (especially if we consider integrating some ways to communicate based on tasks).
