As discussed with @DN6, we are considering to add a workflow that would run [fast GPU tests](https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers/blob/345907f32de71c8ca67f3d9d00e37127192da543/.github/workflows/push_tests.yml#L1) on PRs that affect the core functionality of the library. We might make it a must in order for those PRs to pass the entire CI before they can be merged.
