💬 Idea

• A를 내림차순으로 정렬해서 가장 큰 수를 뽑는다. A의 카운트가 가장 큰 수와 일치하면서, Set을 통해 중복제거를 한 카운트와 A의 카운트가 같은지 검사해준다. 이 조건이 모두 일치하면 1을, 그렇지 않다면 0을 반환한다.
