💬 Idea

1. 배열을 정렬한 뒤 음수값을 필터링해준다.
2. 이 때 배열의 개수가 3개(삼각형 충족 조건) 미만이라면 0을 리턴한다.
3. 배열의 개수가 삼각형 개수를 충족한다면, 배열을 돌면서 인접한 작은 두수의 합보다 그 다음 수의 값이 크다면 1을, 그런 경우가 없다면 0을 리턴한다.
